Thanks for all the info. I know of a couple places that rent and have small options.
The R-pods really did catch my eye as well (and the Spree Escapes). I will be sure to check out the bathrooms well to see how usable or unusable they really are if I keep looking at them.
Great call on the memory foam topper too. And on not being able to sit down and eat inside until everyone is up. lol Of course the flip side is for something at the weight I want, if it has it's own bed, then the dinette is probably going to be tiny.
The Class C and tow the Jeep idea is looking like a potential option as well now, though I didn't want to have to deal with a full actual vehicle to add to my collection lol.
