I'm not a class Aer, but same principles as buying a used vehicle apply.
Low mileage is great, but super low mileage and stored or parked for long periods of time is not as preferable without extensive inspection.
Find one that was stored under cover, exterior will be in better shape.
Tires are expensive, so look at tire age and price accordingly.
In general, I prefer private owner sales for used stuff. Better chance at judging how the thing was cared for in its previous life.
It's the right time of year to buy in the north. In my experience the right time in the south is spring time when snowbirds are leaving. More selection form those upgrading or getting out of FT rv ing.
Don't limit yourself geographically, at least for comparisons. Lots of RVs, like up here in the PNW for sale.
