Have it inspected by an independent shop. but also have the seller sow you that all systems work.

Don't forget Monaco's sister Holiday Rambler also. We had a Holiday Rambler 34SBD....great floorplan with tons of storage and CCC, and still small enough to go almost anywhere we wanted.
