You've done your homework. Some states have reciprocal license agreements.
"Insurance" is the other item that she'll need to look into - requirements may vary by hospital.
RV parks abound in the Southwest. I met a guy in Las Cruces whose wife was a traveling nurse. They were staying long term at the Hacienda RV Resort which wasn't bad. But he was bored. . .apparently couldn't find enough work to keep him occupied.
