All great advise & thanks for all the links to various websites. We had imagined staying in more natural setting's such as National & State parks etc. figured they'd be cheaper but mainly because we enjoy that more. Every now & then we may go to an 'resort style' RV park to give the kids another experience. Boon docking is free camping I'm guessing? Don't mind doing that either, are there rules & regulations for this? & certain places it can only be done? Will only Casino & Walmart camp if we had no other choice. We have a general route leaving from LA in April 2014 in an anti clockwise direction, but was hoping to keep it fairly flexible, meet loads of people, get ideas & advise on the road, so 'booking up to weeks in advance' sounds a little tricky. Don't wanna be that organised. Cheers again. C u all soon.
