A 2014 F-150 with 5.0L has tow rating from 7500 to 10000 pounds. The details about yours (cab/bed/axle) would narrow that down. However, most people pulling RVs with half ton vehicles hit a different rating (GVWR/receiver, rear axle) well under the tow rating. Check your driver's post for the Tire and Loading sticker with as equipped payload. That also ranges from 800-3000 pounds.
Since you are looking at RE and RL floorplans, I'll assume you are not taking a large family with you, probably you and your spouse, maybe a pet or two. 5500 pounds dry TT means closer to 6500 loaded and 800-900 pounds of TW. Add a couple and a bed full of gear and you are probably fine with 1400+ pounds of payload.
