You can do whatever you want, but like 2gypsies mentioned, weight is your big concern. You should weigh the camper with the camper loaded for a camping trip. Compare that weight with the total weight the camper can support. If the 2 weights are similar, you don't have much room for extras. Wood can be heavy, so adding cabinets might put you over weight.
Since the bed is in the front of the camper, you have to also be careful that you don't add too much to the trailer's tongue weight. Too much tongue weight for the hitch can be dangerous. To reduce tongue weight, you will need more weight in the rear of the camper.
It is probably doable, just know your weights and your camper's limits. We use a lot of these type of storage organizers to expand shelf space. We use them everywhere in the camper. These are stackable and add a lot of storage to shelves and cabinets. They are also very light.
