Well said. I bought a 2000 5th wheel. When I add it all up, hitch, led's, nice toilet, axle flip, new tires, nice vent fans, Honda generator and on and on it will be $6,500 to $7,000 and whats crazy is It would be the same with a new rig. Well, maybe not new tires but people do replace tires on brand new rigs. Thats not figuring on any actual problems with the functioning of the rig itself.
Your example also reminds me of an offer I made on a lake cottage last year that was all messed up. The realtor says no , no you dont have to do all this work right away, you can do it over time. I thought you stupid freaking jack rabbit, WHO you talkin to? Dang fool.
