The photos you posted show the rv in not bad condition, but the maintenance and searching for parts can really be a stress maker, and as stated above the time factor is over whelming. If you plan on short trips around your area, then once, it's roadworthy you can go enjoy, but don't leave home without your tool box.
We had a F53(ford chassis) and while on a trip, the power steering pump bracket broke while driving. There went our power steering for the balance of of trip. Lucky I had some tools, ended strapping it to the frame with bungees until we could get off of the side of the road and have it repaired
Moral is don't go far until you have taken a number of short trips.
Last thing is to remember that as you bring the classic lady back; is your investment in purchase and repair parts will exceed the resale value, and most likely you will not recoup what you invested. Don't even factor the time that you invest in repairs, maintenance, or upgrades.
The up side is, once it's in A-1 shape, you will have a real head turner, and will receive lots of compliments.
Let us know the outcome of your decision, Good Luck
