Yes it may work for some. It appears some also have luck with peppermint oil. I haven't been to desert areas a lot but have heard of this problem so I would like to be armed before I go. Do you have any tricks that work? Maybe it's not one size fits all but there does seem to be a problem with eaten wiring and hoses so the lights are probably for this reason. I cant imagine they put them under there to show off or annoy people. Maybe?
