Maybe I just cant understand the annoy part. If they really went to the trouble to put the lights out there and wire everything, how would it annoy someone? Besides wanting to learn about wiring and hoses being eaten issue before it happens to me I'd like to know how it annoys someone. Does it glare or create static for tv signals or what? If I feel that I would like to be proactive and TRY to keep the rats away I'd like to take any steps I can to not also anoy people while I do it. Help me understand this.
I have seen kids put lights under cars that they have tricked out so it looks "cool" and I can understand that. It's just a "young" thing but I cant see us older people going to the trouble or expense to look "cool" or show off.
Heck, I really dont want to get out of the lazy boy let alone spend money and have to crawl around out there.
