A lot of people have little regard for anyone else but themsleves. Regardless of the reason they may install these bright lights which really can be anoying to others. They are either ignorant of the impact it might have on others or don't care - or both. When I first started camping about 40 years ago it seemed like everyone was helpful and friendly. No one really cared about how bling the other guys RV was. Maybe I am getting older but it seems in recent years RVing has turned into more of a show, having pimped out golf carts, LED lights, etc and care nothing if it annoys anyone else.
