When you get in the area you want to visit start asking the locals (truck stops, Restaurants, etc.) You might even contact the chamber of commerce in the town before hand. Maybe think out of the box a little and also check to see if any trailer parks might have a "spot" for a few day's. Also, equine camps. You can find these by stopping at an animal feed store and asking.
