Mileage means nothing. These are truck chassis' that designed to, and in daily commercial service do, go hundreds of thousands of miles with minimal repairs.
The bigger concern is a chassis that's been basically just parked for 20' odd years. 1,500 to 2,500 miles a year isn't enough driving to prevent issues.
Things like engine & transmission seals drying out, tire rot, bushings going hard & dry, springs & sway bars relaxing, caulking drying out, plumbing seals drying out, corrosion in gas lines, furnace, water heater, fridge, etc., etc.
