The way I see it, the fact that his "plans" seem to change is really sort of a compliment to all concerned...he's obviously paying enough attention to what folks say to take it in, reconsider, and perhaps adjust his expectations.

I really haven't seen him take any one's advice into consideration except maybe sticking with a TT or fiver. Other than that, he debunks what others advise to him and comes up with his own stuff and then changes it with more stuff.
