It depends on what you want to do. I would not purchase a vacation home because I want to see lots of different things. I would not want to be obligated to go to the same place all the time. I have friends that are happier with a vacation home since they want to find a place with fly fishing and cool weather in the summer and stay there every summer. It is a personal decision.
