There are many things to consider for each option.
My advice is, travel while you can. You don't know what life will hand you tomorrow.
It all comes down to what Dick B said, it's a personal choice.

Yep when I get too old to drive the MH I will settle down but for the past 5 years we are having a fun traveling all over the country and Canada and seeing the sights.
We travel about 6 months of the year and live in our downsized townhouse the other 6
Being a retired CPA I think you need to make sure whatever you decide you can afford it as you have an extra 15 years of retirement than most people
