- TrackrigExplorer IIAnd speaking of paying taxes, I wonder if we only have to pay 86% of our Fed taxes for the 16 (?) day shut down since 14% of the government wasn't working?
Bill - 352ExplorerPlease just wait to the government shuts down again and then you don't have to worry about it.
- gboppExplorerThis will probably get deleted but, don't we all take deductions on our income tax returns to 'avoid' paying tax?
- F105ExplorerOB is correct - sorry for jumping on you.
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIChanging the title and asking it a different way doesn't result in different answers.

Seems you were looking for a way to 'avoid'

ok I did not know, I was just told this. Im not trying to avoid taxes. Im sure Ill recieve enough of them by buying my rv. Seems like Im the only one in town paying my taxes on my other toys. Yards full of them and the city says its on a honest system. If the person doesnt come tell us we have no way of charging property taxes on boats, jetskis, snow machine, 4 wheelers etc. I pay mine every year.
