Like I stated check the measurement for tank and backwall.
Residential toilets have to have room for that water tank and unless you have lots of room from centerline of floor flange to backwall the tank is not going to fit.
Easy/simple measurement......
As for leaving waste tank dump valve open........NO unless you want to deal with poop pyramid on a regular bases.
As long as you have a waste tank you will need to use/treat it as a waste tank regardless of which toilet you are flushing. It isn't about the toilet..it's about the design of tank. Short/shallow and sloped. Poop lands under toilet---liquids run away>>>>>>>>dump valve open liquids run out/POOP stays.
But hey......it's you trailer do what you want.
