"UGL"....Removing the black tank may be difficult, but your idea will work fine. You'll basically be plumbing a residential toilet through the floor and out to a drain.
Here's a thought, especially if the black tank is hard to remove. Most RV's like yours drop the toilet straight into the black tank. Just remove the old toilet and use a hole saw with an extension and go through the top of the black tank and out the bottom. Fit a pipe through the hole and attach. It sounds like you have no intention of ever using the it again as an RV.
