Does this phrase in a campground description mean that we aren't allowed to leave our dogs alone in the RV when we are touring? That's how it reads to me, but that also doesn't make sense to me. ...

I'm all for people being able to enjoy their peace and quiet, but dogs do what dogs are supposed to do - protect their home. Unless someone is snooping around where they shouldn't be, they'll never hear my dogs. If though, the dogs are indeed being a nuisance, then I would agree, the owners should be asked to leave.
