I have 2 dogs, and if the rules say no unattended dogs, they go where I go. This past winter the folks next door left at 4 am, and left their dogs in their RV. The dogs barked until 9 am, not sure why they stopped. I left a note on their door letting them know. The guy came over, did not apologize, instead told me I must have been doing something to scare his dogs. I had planned on staying a week, I went to the Office, asked for a new space, they said they were booked. I then told the Manager I was leaving and why. He then went over and advised them to leave. They told the Manager the dogs were inside so the unattended rule does not apply. The Manager told them unattended means unattended, leaving them in your RV while you are not there is unattended. I stayed the rest of the week. Your dogs may be quiet when you leave, and folks may be polite and not saying anything. I have dogs and don't like repeated barking, a bark every now and then is expected, but not constantly for hours.
