If I see anyone leave a dog unattended in a closed up vehicle (i.e. motorhome or trailer), I promptly call the police and animal control.
In many jurisdictions, an animal cruelty charge will result. In cases where the animal was harmed, the owner can be charged with felony animal cruelty.
You certainly are religiously anal aren't you ?many of our friends all of whom have dogs and travel leave animals in their traveling homes but they are wonderfully provided for and neighbors are informed that in the event of an emergency to please handle the puppies situation, you do need to go to the grocery etc and I get sick when I see poor animals locked in overly warm autos as ours is at home in a heated /AC equipped unit,
