Picking up our first TT on Friday...what to expect?

Selected our new TT...check Installed Prodigy P2 Brake Controller on our 2012 GMC Sierra...check Dealer installed sway control...check Going in for PDI/Orientation this Friday. Our dealer says to...

During the PDI ask any question that comes to mind and LISTEN to the technician! Make lots of notes, and keep them. Don't just watch im perform but do things yourself...like opening and closing the awning. Don't let the technician rush you. Most of all, if the tech was good, give him a nice tip!
