My experience is that Pilot lacks a lot for gassers towing long trailers. Great for trucks, but many of their pumps are horribly arranged for those of us with a 50-60' set-up. I treat them like any other station - but don't expect any particular room or facilities for our rig. I already have a bathroom and a fridge along with me - all I really need is a place to fill up conveniently.
I've found that a little time pre-determining my gas stops makes a world of difference when I'm towing. When I'm doing long days, it's nice to know I've looked at sat images to know that I can easily pull in and out of the stops I've chosen.
