I would say to keep looking. My first idea was a pop up. They have them where you can sleep 5 kids. But keep looking at regular trailers. Don't be stuck on one or the other. For instance, you don't need 4 bunks...There are plenty of trailers light enough for you that will sleep 7 people...it may take the dinette, sofa and etc, but it can be done. It just may take some giving up some wants.Hybrids are a good choice if you can find one to meet your needs.
