I have never bought a new RV, and at this point in my life, never will.
I bought a new car in 1969, 1981, and 2006. I will never do that again, either.
Depreciation is one reason, the other is that next year I will have to renew the registration on two of my vehicles. At that time, they will be eligible for PERMANENT registration. I will never have to renew the registration as long as I own them. Since I intend to drive them until the wheels fall off, or I die, whichever comes first, the extra cost will be worth it!
A vehicle must be 11 years old or older to qualify. So, no new vehicles!
