Back to the OP........no experiences with owning a used RV.
Paid about 31K US with some customization. Plan to sell it approx. 2-3 years later and should be able to recoup almost all I paid. I can ohh and ahh at 5th wheels and various class A motorhomes with the best of em but have no place to park either and want to de-clutter my life for a bit. This unit should be fine towed by a Santa Fe which I can easily park on city streets as opposed to a pickup truck. The Santa Fe isn't set in stone (the man keeps drooling every time we pass a Land Rover dealership....sigh) but it gives us a touchstone.
