Not knowing much about your unit I would assume that lights and most thing on it will operate on 12v. Almost every RV runs a lot of stuff on 12V. You need batteries for that. I don’t think I have ever seen an RV where lights etc run on 110 and nothing on 12V. Plugging in only charges the batteries, but you still need batteries. As far as LP, if you plan on cooking or running the furnace or water heater(unless it has no stove – or an electric furnace) you will need LP. I think that unit has an external stovetop – again requires LP. That said I would think these items are included. If not certainly negotiable.
