In the past when buying USED cars and boats, I can normally bargain down about 10%. Does that hold true also for RV's?

If you want to know the value of your RV, your insurance agent should be able to tell you immediately. They have access to NADA and a host of other ways to determine the wholesale and resale value based on previous sales.
