Quick inverter question
We haven't been camping in so long I forgot ... when hooked up to shore power, inverter on or off. And what exactly does it do again?

I assume you are in a motorhome , the alternator on your engine should keep the chassis battery and the house batteries charged up while driving , so yes you can watch t v and such !
