With that size of trailer I would have reservations for Yellowstone.
In Grand Teton the Gros Ventre CG doesn't usually fill up but lot's of the sites are only big enough for a tent camper.
The other campgrounds in both parks fill up frequently from Memorial day - Labor day.
In May Yellowstone may not be fully open yet and for sure will be cool and could be downright wintery.
