It would really depend on the circumstances as to whether or not I would let them. If they stood there talking for several minutes and were showing no signs of distress, the answer would be a firm "NO."
We have always tried to park close to a bathhouse or bathroom facility when we camped with our tent or pop-up. I would never have the nerve to ask to use a strangers bathroom.
