I can't imagine how warm the fridge would be if the outside temps were in the 80-90's and I was on the road for 5-6 hrs. I leave ours on when traveling 100% of the time. It switches to propane when not on elec. Fridge is on the passenger side and fuel fill door is on the drivers side.
