I've pulled into the truck parking area at Pilot and Flying J a couple of times to break for lunch and walk the dog. The ones I stopped at were pretty disgusting. It seems the areas are too far from a bathroom for some truckers and the smell of urine was pretty strong. I don't think I'd be able to stay in one overnight.
