Renting RV with driver for overnight sleeping trips

The beauty of driving is that I have much lower extra cost per person, on a train or plane individually it's OK but x6 it gets really expensive. In most hotels we usually also need two rooms even though we wouldn't mind cramming into one. If I was living stateside I would probably try to arrange something via a job ad for a driver but from here that is just too hard. Still considering my options...
