I've read a lot of bad reviews about some RV rental companies and as a faulty vehicle could ruin the vacation I'd prefer to pay extra to find a reliable company. But maybe the large rentals like Cruise America and El Monte can be trusted despite some very bad reviews?
The reason for wanting to travel to this part of the US is that we already have travelled around other parts of the country and would also like to spend a few days in NYC as was proposed.
The kids loves roller coasters so we thought that maybe Cedar Point would be a good place to stay.
Maine and New York upstate sounds nice but maybe going south towards North Carolina is an interesting tour as well?
