Reseal seam between the seam between roof & body

New to RV camping I purchased a 1997 RT 190 Versatile. I noted some previous water stains at the rear door (musty smell in the storage area) and on the driver side on the wall cloth. Previous owner(s...

Just cleaned the residue and dirt from the gutter seam between the roof and body

I do not want to simply fill the rain gutter with silicone, rather wanting to do a little preventative maintenance could others with experience (RT owners) advise on the best option/way to reseal the seam between the seam between the roof and body?
