Reseal seam between the seam between roof & body

@ Grillmiester. Good insight on the silicone, did not know that application problem. Previous owner(s) also used it on the side windows :/
My situation is the bonding seal of roof and side wall (this is a body rain gutter issue). I looked at the Eternabond URL. . . this is not a flat roof redo of the sealing gone bad. Other thoughts from RT owners?
