Roof damage on a Four Winds Chateau I'm looking to buy

Unfortunately the rv is on the opposite side of the country. I'm getting a good deal on it but and I believe the only issue I could see from pictures is on the roof. The seller said there are no soft spots in the area so I'm assuming it may be the issue with the adhesive. I will be flying there this week and inspecting it in person. Any advice you guys can pass on would be appreciated. Thanks
