Roof damage on a Four Winds Chateau I'm looking to buy

No comment on the roof, but do you know what you're getting into with a gasser Super C?
That's a lot of rig to push up a hill on gasoline. 8.1s are nice but still a light duty motor in a large wind sail of a med duty rig.
