It is doable, you are just asking the question to the wrong crowd.

Go to Escapees Forum and you will get the help you need.

There are a number of folks full timing in Airstreams and Calista TT's. Search for them on Instagram. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty, you can turn an older Airstream into whatever you want.
