While often rather blunt, the advice your getting here is sound.
Your budget is too low for a RV that you can live in. For that price it will need many repairs and probably lots of leaks.
IAlso, you can't rent a spot to park for that amount of money. If you come even close it will not be the kind of place you want to stay and electric will be extra.
Please reconsider your options.
I'm probably a lot older than you and have more miles under me.
Use that money to get an apt. Then look for better work and/or take a class of some sort at the local technical college. You'll be amazed at how far this can get you in life.
