I paid 375/month for a site while I was broke down.. Normally with dual campgrounnd memberships I pay less than 100/month Summer and 200 winter.
Includes water, sewer, electric and generally Wi-Fi.
I paid 200/month or more for electric when I had the sticks and bricks.
So your plan... I like it.. Long term parks often meter your electricity but RV's do not use as much as Sticks and Bricks (Smaller) also make sure the park is honest,, Many states have laws about re-selling electricity in RV parks (You can only pass it on, not mark it up).
Now some advice:
Motor vehicles like to be driven, SO if you plan to do as I do and move every couple weeks.. A Class A is the way
But Trailers have only a few issues if parked for years on end. Tires, brakes and wheel bearnings
The brakes may need attention if parked for years (Mine did) The tires replacement, and wheel bearing s repacked Other than that (And a general inspection for road worthyness) trailers can sit for 5,10,20 years in one place with few issues provided you keep 'em clean.
