For what it is worth, maybe a little clarification to help you.
This is a forum for ""RV'ing"" in an RV.
RV = Recreational Vehicle.
"Full Time" here on this forum is regarded to a style of RV'ing full time and "traveling" in an RV. Most usually follow the sun and sit a spell in warmer climates during the winter months and then hit the road again exploring the USA.
Full-time RV'ing is not an inexpensive adventure.
What you are inquiring about is LIVING in an RV to save money. Henceforth the responses.
This is really what you should be researching for your situation:
1. Do a search for CG's that allow "resident" campers.
OR
2. Do a search for trailer parks which have permanent mobile homes for rent and/or purchase that are permanently fixed on a lot.
