Why would anyone want such a place, you ask? I'll tell you. My spouse and I are teachers. She teaches middle school and I teach high school. We spend more time with them than their parents and usually know more about them than their parents. When I'm off camping on a long weekend, break or summer vacation I don't want to be around them. Teachers need breaks from kids, of any age. Before you judge anyones reasons maybe you should stick to an answer or just lurk.
