RV dump station Fee - pay if only getting fresh water ?
I have heard that it is dumping fee, costs nothing just to get fresh water. If someone only gets potable water at a rv dump station are they supposed to pay the fee ?

I would have no problem paying a fee for the water. Someone has to pay the water bill. Why should I expect someone else to pay for what I use?
