I hadn't thought about hidden wiring, etc. under the dinette booth. I'll keep that in mind. A small table and a couple of chairs would suit me much better than a dinette. Being by myself, I tend to sit on the couch watching TV while eating now and see no reason why that should change when I'm in the RV.
