I left a very friendly voice mail last night (before opnspaces' post, or I would have waited), about my relative and how I was worried I would not get all the details right, etc., and left my email addy.
I woke up this morning to a reply via voice mail, assuring me that my reservations were solid. I saved the message, and will call and thank her :).
And thank YOU, everyone, very much!
