Try Shady Grove Mobile Home & RV Park on Flour Bluff (2919 Waldron Rd). Friends of mine stayed there for several months one winter. It's more mobile home park than RV park so that may terrify you. Flour Bluff is like a small town sandwiched between Padre Island and the big city of Corpus. You can walk to the local library from the park too. You most likely will not find it listed on RV Park Reviews either. You can look up some info on it at http://www.yellowpages.com/corpus-christi-tx/mip/shady-grove-mobile-home-rv-park-7063250 but it's not what I would call a typical RV park. Since it is a mobile home park you will need to get your own cable/internet (monthly) and the park gave my friends a letter that allowed them to get a library card at the local library. My friends like it there better than the place they were straying at in Rockport. But they are a bit different.
